Anchor is not just a job to us, it's an opportunity to make a positive impact on our community.
We're located at 543 Lincoln Road in the historic Walkerville neighbourhood in Windsor, Ontario.
We're open everyday 9am-3pm, except holidays.
We specialize in coffee, baked goods and lunch fare. We are proud to feature a variety of Canadian coffee roasters, which rotate often depending on what's in season. Our baked goods, breads and bagels are all made from scratch in house using the very best ingredients. Everything on our lunch menu is also made in house and we aim to use as many local ingredients as possible.
This class will fix that because students will get personalized step by step, repeatable, practical, hands-on barista training from our expert trainers in latte art micro foaming, espresso-making, safe handling and use of the grinder and espresso machine, coffee cupping etc.
Learn how to use your home espresso machine and grinder to get the most out of your espresso.
Learn how to construct a menu of coffee-based beverages, and practice advising customers on matters relating to coffee service.
Students are tested in skills in understanding, designing and executing different roast profiles as well a sensory recognition of different roast defects.
Designed to introduce core barista skills to people with no previous barista experience.
