This class will fix that because students will get personalized step by step, repeatable, practical, hands-on barista training from our expert trainers in latte art microfoaming, espresso making, safe handling and use of the grinder and espresso machine, coffee cupping, tastings and how to prepare all the classic espresso based drinks.
Throughout the 2 days of classes you will also learn to embody the barista mission and fundamental skills. Understanding ‘why’ you do something makes you more consistent with each and every customer. This will ensure the cafe you work at delivers consistent quality tasting drinks.
