DurationFor the more serious dance student, competitive programs are available in all dance forms. Our dance team ventures to about five competitive performances annually. Most of the locations are local including Niagara Falls, Brantford & Hamilton. Students as young as seven years of age may join the competitive dance team.
Involvement in these programs requires a commitment of six to twelve hours of dance per week. Commitment in competitive programs substantially enhances the student’s dance skills, technique and confidence. The combination of team involvement, social interaction, travel and weekly practice sessions also creates an enjoyable and rewarding experience for all students involved.
Dance is more than just offering a great dance program. It’s about inspiring the student and enhancing confidence. It’s about personal skills – dedication, perseverance, teamwork, and self-challenge, as much as it is about dance skills.

Our competition classes are divided up into teams depending on age and tryout results. We offer various styles of competition dances that compete in local competitions and have also recently traveled to California and Halifax.
Accomplished dancers who want to perform characters in a dance production can join the Performing Company. Dancers are taught to express and act out their characters through dance. They also learn about choreography, costume design, stage make-up, and props.
A fusion of various genres, varying from Hip Hop and House to Contemporary and Waacking. Each instructor brings their unique fusion and style to life in every class.
ConfiDance has the answer for you! Sign up for one of our birthday parties and enjoy two hours of fun. The party will have one hour of dance lessons where a ConfiDance teacher will teach the children a dance in the style of your choice.
