The teachers can assess you and guide you to choose the right level. We mainly want to offer courses in the format of a 10-week session in order to be able to better support you on your journey.
Don't worry, the teaching will still be personalized; we know that each person evolves at their own pace! The lessons will last one hour and a half: the first fifteen minutes will be devoted to warming up and the last fifteen to stretching, leaving us a full hour to learn new pole movements!
