An inclusive and accessible dance studio is one where all people have equal opportunities in order to benefit from attending and participating in a dance class. We have put forth a dance program called “The Dream Team” where children and adults with exceptionalities find their own dance language.
They will also be able to discover the freedom of movement and self-expression while using their talents, skills and abilities. Cathy’s Dance Studio’s “The Dream Team” will help students with exceptionalities foster a love for dance while breaking free from developmental, intellectual, or physical exceptionalities.
We pride ourselves on being a dance studio where dancers can come discover their love of dance, learn new styles of dance, create friendships and forge lasting memories for years to come. We have an amazingly diverse staff that exemplify their love for dance and they are motivated to show their passion to all of our dancers.
Dancers will advance according to their own ability and not necessarily the advancement of a whole class. There will be a recital for everyone to enjoy at the end of year. We do not offer online registration because we believe in meeting our dancers face to face in order to find the perfect classes for them.
Various choreographers will be scheduled throughout the year to research and develop a new piece with those in that series. Dancers have the privilege of working through additional choreography to enhance their process work and have additional performance opportunities.
Accomplished dancers who want to perform characters in a dance production can join the Performing Company. Dancers are taught to express and act out their characters through dance. They also learn about choreography, costume design, stage make-up, and props.
A fusion of various genres, varying from Hip Hop and House to Contemporary and Waacking. Each instructor brings their unique fusion and style to life in every class.
Dimensions in Dance offers in many different competitive teams and levels, from pre-comp to full-time competitive. Dimensions In Dance competitive teams are internationally renowned for their technique, artistry, and dedication.
At Exhale, our focus is not on winning trophies (although that’s fun too!) but on developing the complementary skills necessary to be successful in life.
