It is fresh, stimulating and risk-taking. This class is essential in the development of students in the Senior and Control PDP level programs.
The UUC philosophy/programs have a very strong vision geared toward the training of your dancer. The first and foremost key is the setting in of a solid foundation right from the start with qualified instructors.
The program is based around The Paula Morgan Technique which is brilliant and exceptional to the training of any dancer (an asset).
This unique vision and training table is unparalleled to any other program on the market. It focuses on safe and healthy training in a fun environment at all levels, in all programs.
Your dancer will be continually presented with, encouraged and inspired to meet new challenges. In doing so he or she will gain a true sense of outstanding accomplishment and constant progress.
The program inspires dancers to motivate themselves and create real change. Boys and girls from 6 yrs and up will love it and they will never stop learning.
Class sizes are kept to a maximum of 15 students to provide the best possible learning environment and individual monitoring & attention.
This class will only be offered to students who have several years of strong technique in ballet or jazz.
At the Institute of Dance, we have an experienced instructor who can teach you everything you have to learn about modern classical dance.
Lyrical and Contemporary Dance is a newer style of dance that blends Ballet, Jazz, and Modern dance together. Contemporary explores creative movement often inspired by the music, slower tempos, and emotion of the choreography.
Contemporary Dance bridges the gap between modern and ballet, offering a fluid movement style and encouraging creative thinking. This form of dance often shares emotive storylines, encouraging students to express themselves through movements.
Contemporary (Ages 10+) dance classes are offered by Dance Plus EP. At Dance Plus we strive to keep a fun and encouraging atmosphere where students can become the best dancers they can be.
