Since 1990, several events have contributed to the development of the school such as the numerous shows, the creation of the Troupe and the Folklore Ensemble and the various training courses.
The school is distinguished by the excellent training and the great competence of its teachers who teach in their specialty. In addition, many of our students have chosen to continue their journey in the professional world of dance and do us honor on the national and international scene.
Finally, the Cadence school has hosted within its walls several artists from the professional world including Andréa Boardman, Louise Lecavalier, Steve Bolton, Sylvain Brochu, Line Binette, Maryse Blanchette, Lucie Boissinot and many others.

Contemporary is a current dance style that fuses several techniques including Ballet, Modern & Jazz. It is cutting edge and innovative, pushing the boundaries of dance today.
These Classes Teach Our Dancers to Experiment With Different Contemporary Techniques and Allows Them to Learn Innovative Combinations and Choreography
In this style, dancers focus on strong technique, natural movement, and emotional expression. These classes promote muscle tone, coordination, body awareness, and inner creativity.
Classes will progress at a rate that allow you to grow in strength and refine your technique, with movement and combinations becoming more complex over the session.
