Lyrical allows dancers to use their bodies to interpret the music and teaches grace, control and flow of movement.
Contemporary & Lyrical Dance uses dance techniques and methods found in ballet, and modern dance and also draws from other philosophies of movement that are outside the realm of classical dance technique.
