DurationContemporary is an expressive dance and is a mix between ballet and jazz. Contemporary dancers strive to connect the mind and body through fluid dance movements. Contemporary concentrates on floorwork using gravity to pull you to the floor. Students are graded in the NZAMD contemporary syllabus.

Pform.nz provides performing arts classes and dance classes to kids, teens, and adults. we teach dance, acting, drama & singing in various schools, clubs, and studios around Auckland central.
Teaching students to understand the concepts of contemporary movement such as weight, flow, momentum, and the use of gravity, they continue to enjoy a sense of dance while focusing on freedom of movement and spatial awareness.
