DurationThis dynamic course introduces the fundamentals of jazz dance and contemporary dance through hybrid exercises combining the two styles.
The class will begin with a global warming of the body to connect to physical sensations and free the mind.
A technical progression will then aim to improve or demystify the basics of dance (bending, clearing, turns, big beat, etc.).
Focused on the pleasure of dancing, these exercises will be done to the sound of various music (pop, instrumental, electro, world music, Latin) in order to lead the body to explore different rhythms and textures.
The last portion of the course will be dedicated to learning a choreography where the interpretation, the emotion and the nuances of the movement will be put forward.
The same choreography will be kept for 3 to 4 weeks.
On a surface of 10,000 square feet, Studio Bizz offers studios varying between 150 and 2100 square feet in a warm and modern atmosphere. It is possible to rent a studio for the following activities:
Teaching dance, theater, circus and singing, rehearsals, auditions, workshops, photo sessions, film and television shoots, social activities and any other artistic discipline requiring a practice area.
