Senior class (ages 13 - 17 years) 4:15 - 5:10pm (Tuesday)
The class is taken by our senior Student Natashsa at Huadu Education, Ground Floor, 282 Durham Street North, Christchurch City.

Contemporary dance is a style of expressive dance that combines elements of several dance genres including modern, jazz, lyrical and  and classical ballet.
Contemporary dance is modern, beautiful and expressive. Children love this style as an alternative to ballet and jazz.
A fun, casual environment where students will learn technique and different choreography throughout the term. Students in these classes do not sit examinations.
We teach the New Zealand Association of Modern Dance (NZAMD) and Dance New Zealand Made (DNZM) Contemporary syllabus for pre grade to advanced students.
Contemporary dance helps a dancer to explore the body’s full range of physicality, freedom of movement, and expression.
