The cooking course is ideal for domestic workers, nanny's, Au-Pair's or other child minders. The course teaches general cooking methods and hygiene and the recipes are focussed on healthy food
We offer First Aid Training ranging from a basic CPR course to Level 1, 2 and 3 First Aid Courses. This class will teach you recipes that are super easy to make and will effectively ease your hunger pains. Choose from tasty recipes such as cakes, tarts, healthy bars, rusks, muffins, and more. Bring endless flavour into your life and rejuvenate yourself.
This is the most booked class and perfect for anyone wanting to learn more. This class will teach you everything from healthy cooking, techniques, how to run your kitchen, menu plans, shopping list, pantry stocking, storing food and hygiene in the kitchen.
After an extended break, we’re back in the kitchen for our March cooking classes. As mentioned before, classes will remain smaller than usual. The theme for is Healthy Happy food with an emphasis on vegetables and whole foods. Please note, space is limited.
