Course Details

We can trace the origin of ravioli to the Antique Persia where they were pasta sheets stuffed with various fillings. They could be cooked, boiled or fried and gradually became smaller and were considered a delicacy in many cuisines.

They are now widely cooked in various countries and adopt multiple shapes and names.

  • How to shape the ravioli.
  • How to prepare two different fillings:
    • Spinach and Ricotta.
    • Sweet Potato and Potato.
