Make pasta dough from scratch, shape ravioli and prepare your fillings in our pasta cooking class.
We can trace the origin of ravioli to the Antique Persia where they were pasta sheets stuffed with various fillings. They could be cooked, boiled or fried and gradually became smaller and were considered a delicacy in many cuisines.
They are now widely cooked in various countries and adopt multiple shapes and names.
