We can trace the origin of ravioli to the Antique Persia where they were pasta sheets stuffed with various fillings. They could be cooked, boiled or fried and gradually became smaller and were considered a delicacy in many cuisines.
They are now widely cooked in various countries and adopt multiple shapes and names.

On arrival to the class, you will be offered a glass of wine and then given a brief on safety and orientation. More thannjust watching a chef showing how its done, this lesson is super hands on, so you get to practice before going home to show off for family and friends.
We will prepare the pasta dough and from this make ravioli, fettuccini and spaghetti before making some Potato Gnocchi. We will then make the accompanying sauces with authentic Italian recipes then sit down to eat the fruits of our labour – washed down with a complimentary glass of wine
