Our Founder and CEO Amitabhh Dutta has an Experience of 17 years in hotel industry with leading Hotels like Radisson, Hyatt, Taj, Best Western etc and has also served as a GM in 5 star hotel. He has done BSC in Hospitality Management from Queen Margarete University, Edinburgh, Scotland. He is a MBA in Marketing from Symbiosis University.

Our aim is to prepare students for careers in the culinary arts. The word "Culinary" is defined as something related to, or connected with cooking. Culinary artists are responsible for skillfully preparing meals that are as pleasing to the palate and to the eye.

A culinarian (a chef) is a person indulged in culinary arts. A good Culinarian is required to have knowledge of food science and an understanding of diet and nutrition.
