We currently offer a two-hour private macaron class with our Executive Pastry Chef for a minimum of $1200. This class can have up to 8 people in it and will be a hands-on experience of making macarons from scratch.
In this introduction to the pastry arts, students will learn the history and fundamentals of baking through lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on participation.
We'll make Danish, croissants and more using home-made & frozen doughs. We'll have an assortment of fillings you can choose to make, including jam, chocolate, berries, cream cheese, and some interesting ingredients I hope will become new favorites.
