Deborah Mason is the founder and executive director of the Deborah Mason Performing Arts Center (DMPAC), formerly the Deborah Mason School of Dance (DMSD). A lifelong Cambridge, MA resident and community activist, Deborah founded DMSD in 1975.
This class is a beginning tumbling class that focuses on fundamentals not only physical development but their cognition too. This class is to introduce tumbling and develop strong gross motor skills.Â
Twenty minutes of ballet, tap and acrobatics for ages 2 – 6 years. Students will be taught the fundamental elements of dance and classroom etiquette through exercises and a variety of movement based games.
For boys and girls who love singing, acting and dancing. Students will study pre-ballet, tap fundamentals and creative play. They incorporate their new skills in a song and dance number from a Broadway show. Instruction includes live piano accompaniment.
Completely fun! This is an especially wonderful way to introduce toddlers to the joys of music and movement. You may feel comfortable in our friendly, cheerful environment enjoying imagery, creativity, musicality, and movement. One child/one adult: Can be mom, dad, guardian, nanny, etc.
