Join us here at The Cookery School to create your own deliciously buttery, flaky Danish pastries on our one day course. Work with our expert tutor who will teach you how to laminate successfully to achieve those much desired layers. You will turn your dough into a variety of viennoiserie from croissants to pain au raisin filled with a rich vanilla creme patisserie. We will also share with you those little hints and tips to ensure your success at home.
This course will also include lunch whilst we wait for our pastries to prove; there are some things you just shouldn’t rush. We will also show you ways to finish and glaze your pastries for that extra professional touch. Don’t forget there will also be some to take home to share with family and friends!
Joining Instructions
Coffee and freshly baked pastries will be served 30 minutes before the course begins. The course will start promptly at the advertised time. Lunch with a glass of wine will also be included.
We provide all equipment, including aprons here at the Hobbs House Bakery Cookery School, so all you need on the day is yourselves and a passion for baking.
