Our Energy class is designed for those that enjoy a little more choreography, sweat and raised heart rate to Soca vibes, Afrobeat and Reggaeton grooves.
We offer a welcoming, relaxed environment and professional, friendly service, whether you’re a complete beginner, professional dancer, hen party goer or corporate client.
Conveniently located just a 10 minute walk from Leeds city centre in a converted textile mill, we are easily accessible and provide the perfect backdrop for activities ranging from tap-dancing to photography, with all the facilities you need to feel at home.
Our team is headed up by founder Katie who is a trained professional dancer and teacher.
Since opening in 2009, we’ve welcomed to the studios a wide variety of dance styles from belly dancing to break dancing, opened our doors to people of all abilities, and welcomed clients from the BBC, West End Theatre companies, local businesses, party planners and wedding couples, who have used the space for a wide range of activities.
Katie and her team of top class freelance dance teachers also take the benefits of dance out to schools, colleges, universities, businesses and organisations.

Zumba classes are not like your normal, everyday aerobic class. There will hardly be any verbal cueing and Zumba uses "tracked music" and not continuous music. The instructor will lead the class in easy, simple movements with a combination of dance and fitness moves.
Our total-body fitness classes will get you the results you want.
This brand new Dance HITT Class is 45 minutes of high energy and feel good vibes. It's a twist to a basic HITT class.
Zumba classes are offered by DM Studios. We are really keen to help our adult dancers get fit, make new friends and have loads of fun doing the one thing we all enjoy, dance!
