The qualification gives learners the invaluable opportunity to train to a professionally competent level. You’ll become capable of prescribing, planning and delivering safe and effective exercise programmes within a gym or health club environment.
Zumba classes are not like your normal, everyday aerobic class. There will hardly be any verbal cueing and Zumba uses "tracked music" and not continuous music. The instructor will lead the class in easy, simple movements with a combination of dance and fitness moves.
Pilates is a system of exercises designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, posture, and enhance mental awareness of the body.
Bodyworks Pilates classes run weekly at The Dance Workshop Studios in Moseley and online! We cater to all levels of mat work, one to one sessions and Daytime and evening classes available.
