Welcome to Forestside Cookery School. Located within Forestside Shopping mall on the outskirts of Belfast city centre, this unique space has free parking and easy access, making our school a perfect venue for anyone within the greater Belfast or visiting Northern Ireland.
We have 16 fully equipped work stations, with everything from aprons to pots & pans. We have it all sorted for your unique culinary experience. Each class is led by highly passionate tutors, each with many years experience and expertise in their style of cooking.

Learning the art of making sour dough bread – Sourdough bread is made by the fermentation of dough using naturally occurring lactobacilli and yeast. The lactic acid produced by the lactobacilli gives it a more sour taste and improved keeping qualities.
Double chocolate muffins are a favourite at the school. Make these mini cakes with ease and enjoy with friends and family at home.
Krazi Baker is a family run baking service run. Mark Douglas aka, Krazi Baker founded the company upon realising a dream. Mark and his family live in Dromore, County Down, Northern Ireland.
You will each make your own focaccia from scratch then using our ready-made dough, shape and bake your doughnuts before you coat them in a deliciously sweet and warming cinnamon sugar coating.
