Registered Dietitians are uniquely trained to provide medical nutrition therapy to promote health, prevent illness and manage chronic disease.
Registered Dietitians are also certified diabetes educators, they provide education and support to promote healthy lifestyle and diabetes self-management goals.
Chiropodist works with the diabetes team to help prevent complications in your feet due to Diabetes. The Chiropodists works with clients to
Diabetes Team Reception staff providing day-to-day administrative support to you and the team. They can help you to complete registration, schedule your diabetes visits and provide information about various programs. You may also wish to notify them if you have any special needs.
