With a 6-month Industrial Attachment in the final term as part of our unique Work and Study Pedagogy, students can further practise their craft and expand their knowledge and potential in the kitchens of our top international and local F&B partners.
Upon graduation, students will receive a Diploma by At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy and can go on to progress to a degree pathway with prestigious culinary institutes in 6 countries.
The education experience in At-Sunrice comprises of Cuisine, Culinary, Pastry & Bakery and Food & Beverage studies of East and West, Old and New, Herbs and Spices, Innovation and Technology augured by a rigorous Study and Work Pedagogy.
The faculty comprises of chefs from various countries. The At-Sunrice faculty is culinary chefs, pastry and bakery chefs, F&B professionals and qualified instructors with vast backgrounds ranging from award-winning food authors, Michelin Star experienced chefs, English majors, magna cum laude graduates, service excellence professionals and executive chefs.

This course is developed based on WSQ National Competency Standard for the Food and Beverage Operations Industry.
You can learn how to make French pastries, Chocolate, Brownies and Pie, Breads and even special topics like Vegan baking.

Learn how to make yourself a table of sweet treats for the perfect afternoon tea. First up is the delicate & crumbly Sable Cookies, absolutely perfect with a cup of tea. Then we will make a fruity and nutty Apple Almond Tart, follow by mouth-watering freshly baked Sugee Cupcake.
