Course Details

You’ll learn all the techniques needed to recreate these at home, from preparing the batter to deep frying and decorating. You’ll go home with a box of doughnuts to show off to your friends and family!

Techniques you will learn:

  • You will learn how to make dough for doughnuts which is light and airy. 

  • Our chefs will show you how to make a wonderful crème patisserie.

  • Shaping, frying, dipping, filling and icing doughnuts.

In this class, the recipes below, including the ingredients list and method, are provided for you to take home to add to your repertoire so you can keep on cooking them time and time again.

  • Basic Dough

  • Nutella Doughnuts

  • Classic Jam Doughnuts

  • Custard Doughnuts

  • Lemon Curd with Lemon Icing Doughnuts

What you can take home

  • There is a tasting session after each class where you can sample the tutor’s version of each dish. You will also take home everything that you’ve made.
