With the concerts that we run and get involved in there are plenty of opportunities to join with our other students to put your drumming into practice in a safe and fun environment.
Our drum teachers have all been there and done it on a real stage with real experiences, so will get you fast-tracked into being a complete drummer as quickly as possible.
By learning to make music you are working on a skill that will last a lifetime. Whether you want to play for fun, or work towards grades, we can help. If you want to improve your existing skills and be in an encouraging environment to meet and play with others... we'll help you get there.
Maybe you want to return to an instrument you played when you were young, or perhaps you want your kids to experience music but don't know where to start - we'd love to chat with you.
Our tutors know their stuff. All of Musician Maker's tutors are gigging, working musicians who understand what it takes to be help you be successful in learning and progressing in your chosen instrument. They're also great people, and amazing teachers.
Drums classes are offered by Rotorua Music School. You are able to request a preferred day of the week, we will co-ordinate lesson times where possible.
This class is geared towards those who have little or no prior drumming experience, but also accommodates intermediate players.
Percussion classes are offered by Mauao Performing Arts Centre. Education is provided by industry professionals that perform and play within the community.
Wellington Music Centre is excited to bring music tuition back to Wellington!
We provide group lessons to children 5-12 years of age and private tuition for the advancing student 13 years and older.
