Established in January 2013, Rata Studios (formerly CPAS) is situated in the Creative and Performing Arts Centre at Scots College, Strathmore, Wellington.
Rata Studios is administrated by Scots College and shares the same core educational values of realising the potential of every student and fostering a life-long love of learning.

Rātā Studios operates out of the incredible Scots College Creative and Performing Arts Centre.
We provide group lessons to children 5-12 years of age and private tuition for the advancing student 13 years and older.

The school provides Ministry of Education subsidised group music lessons for primary and intermediate age school students
Founded in 2006, we are the largest music academies in Auckland, with several branches throughout the city. With our programs varying from private lessons for all instruments to group piano and guitar classes.
The drums are a fun instrument to play and master. They are quite complex so we recommend children start one-on-one lessons from the age of seven and a half.
