Our drumming instructors are all professionally trained with a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree level of education and have graduated from highly reputable music schools and conservatories from around Australia including the Elder Conservatorium of Music in Adelaide, South Australia.

Each instructor brings their own unique style of teaching and experience to the lesson to help ensure that our students get the best possible drumming instruction whilst realizing their full music potential.

At Leader Street School of Music our drumming instructors all have the same goal in mind and that is to provide the highest quality education in a fun, energetic and welcoming environment.

Leader Street School of Music offers affordable private one-on-one drumming lessons in Adelaide for all ages and levels. Leader Street School of Music help students explore various musical styles including: classical, jazz, funk and rock. We also prepare students for university and conservatory entrance auditions, music school exams, recitals and competitions.

At Leader Street School of Music you have a choice of one hour music lessons or half hour music lessons.

Students first lesson is to evaluate their current musical level, and to discuss goals and future drumming aspirations.

Our instructors offer a diverse understanding of technique, musical expression, range of dynamics and interpretation. Leader Street School of Music holds annual recitals where our students can showcase their achievements and get accustomed to performing in front of an audience.
