Ahhh, the power of pasta! Join us in making our rich pasta dough from scratch, and using it to create a trio of pasta shapes, each with its own sauce that is also made by the students.
We begin each workshop by making our dough from scratch in order to familiarize students with how pasta should “feel”. We will then move on to the rolling part of the workshop, accompanied by using a variety of pasta making tools and accessories.
Learn the techniques of fresh pasta-making and recreate at home! Our cooking instructor will teach you how to make fresh pasta dough and different shapes that match best for you.
Learn to properly make and roll egg pasta dough. Then learn to fill and shape Tortellini, Agnolotti and Ravioli. Following class, you will have the option of cooking one of your pastas to enjoy, or boxing all of them up to take home!
