According to traditional Chinese medicine philosophies, by imbibing seasonal foods consistent with the external environment we remain in harmony with nature, adapt better to changes, and stay healthy. But how to start? And how to sustain?
Who wants to cook every night? Not us! Come to the Radical Cooks kitchen to learn the BEST meal planning, prep, and storage strategies to put healthy, delicious food on the table for the next 3 days. We’ll meet up at the kitchen where you’ll prep 3 meals with fellow students.
Give your teen or tween a memorable and valuable week of camp which will serve them throughout their entire life. From knife skills to baking 101, this camp will cover a different cuisine each day (Italian/Greek, Latin-American, Asian, French, etc.) while we learn essential skills.
This class series will teach you the main guidelines (not rules!) to follow and together we’ll learn three to four recipes which participants may do together with the instructor or follow along, demo style. It’s a great way to learn to make healthy and sustainable food choices.

From arancini to zabaglione, we'll be "touring" the countryside of Italy creating delightful dishes on-site and learning a little about the country, the language, and the culture.
