We wind our way through NYC’s most famous Greenmarket, identifying the various local vegetables and fruits, learn how to pick them, then return to Abigail’s Kitchen and learn how to cook it all! The seasonal menu—to be determined on the day—is largely vegetarian.
Learn how to make sumptuous, juicy, and perfectly cooked wontons and savory, crispy potstickers at home! You'll learn how to make the different fillings, how to fold the wontons & dumplings, and how to concoct the perfect dipping sauces for your friends and family.
In this class, students will learn the fundamentals of building a beautiful and diverse Charcuterie board. Students will learn to make crackers from scratch, a quick pickle, and a gastrique.
