We’ve been teaching Denver to cook for over 25 years! We offer hands-on instruction in a casual and informal setting, and cater for all abilities in the kitchen. We boast the largest team of instructors in the Denver area, who teach a varied selection of classes.
From basic cooking techniques and knife skills, to specialty workshops. Our aim is to take the intimidation out of cooking, and create a laid-back and relaxed environment. Whatever your level of skill – whether you are learning how to roast your first chicken, master an intricate sauce, or poach that perfect piece of fish!
The lovely lemon is super versatile, works great in sweet and savory dishes. Learn different techniques and recipes that showcase lemon. From the zest to the juice to whole lemons, we’ll use it all, starting with a Mixed Greens Salad with Preserved Lemon & Ginger.
Vegan Cooking class is offered by Veg-Appeal. We help individuals and groups achieve their health goals through a whole-food, plant-powered and planet-friendly way of eating. We specialize in healthy, vegan cooking classes in San Diego County.
Vegan Cooking class is offered by International Pantry. Our cooking classes are taught by metro area chefs. All classes are observational and like "Dinner and a Show"! Â You will get to eat everything that's prepared and receive written recipes and get to interact with the chef. Â
Veggie Ratatouille class is offered by Cosabella Kitchen. Includes an appetizer, salad, sides, and a dessert The room charge can be split amongst class attendees if needed.
In the class you will learn how to properly store many types of vegetables, including which vegetables should be stored on the countertop, in the pantry, in a cold room, or in the fridge.Â
