This course is designed to provide you with the building blocks to enable you in becoming the most effective coach and/or mentor that you can be. You will explore what it means to be a coach/mentor, reflect on why you want to be a coach/mentor and the qualities you bring.

How you will learn
Through understanding the core concepts of coaching and mentoring, you will be able to increase your own abilities and learn to better lead and inspire others.
This learning journey will be hosted on The AGSM Navigator, where you will participate in digital learning and self-reflection, constantly analysing and reflecting on your own abilities to identify strengths and key areas for improvement.
The differences between coaching and mentoring will be discussed, as well as specific frameworks to consider when working with and motivating individuals.
