Karina Stojansek joined the team in 1996 and NDA expanded its range of services to include business skills training and later became a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and Group Training Organisation (GTO).
Karina purchased NDA in 2019 after Nigel retired to a life of bike riding and wine making with his wife Helen, leaving a valuable legacy to Tasmanian business. NDA now has centres in Hobart, Launceston and Ulverstone and employs 14 permanent staff and several contract trainers.
