Progression

Upon completing this session, participants will have the opportunity to progress onto an Entry Level or Level 1 accredited qualification in Hospitality or Professional Cookery. These qualifications provide a strong foundation for individuals aspiring to work in the dynamic hospitality industry.

The courses cover essential skills such as customer service, food preparation, kitchen safety, and basic culinary techniques, along with an introduction to the standards and practices of the hospitality sector.
