With that being said, come and join me. Let me take you on a cultural journey across West Africa through food. You will learn how to make some of the most authentic, lip smacking dishes from the West African countries of Nigeria, Ghana, Gambia, Senegal, Angola and Cameroon. Not only that, but you will also learn about the dishes’ origins and about the said countries.
In the Exotic West African Cooking Module you can expect:
