Eyes On Pies

Eyes On Pies class is offered by Chef Tech Cooking School. Our mission is to teach people how to cook – to show them how to select quality ingredients, use the proper equipment and master the best techniques.

We want to help people create wonderful food to advance in their careers, or to simply share with their friends and family.

Menu:

• Double Apple Pie (Gala/Sweet, Granny Smith/Tart) with Foolproof Lattice Pie Crust, cranberries optional
• Not Too Sweet Pecan Pie on Sour Cream Pie Crust, dark chocolate chips optional
• Pumpkin Pie with Cream Cheese Swirl on Gingersnap All Butter Pie Crust
