While those rise, we will mix up our pumpkin bread and then maple pecan scones. You will learn our special technique for making scones soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside. It’s the perfect balance! There will be plenty of baked items to enjoy during class and to take home.

After several years of teaching, baking for local markets and operating a retail bakery, Amanda knew the time was right to open an official baking school.
