You will use our fantastic Kadais (weather permitting) to cook your dishes to the ultimate char-grilled perfection. Chef Meeks’ fun and friendly personality will ensure you learn lots of new skills and techniques to improve your cooking and culinary confidence.
Crying Tiger (Chargrilled marinated sirloin) with tamarind spicy salsa. A low carb Crying Tiger Steak is a spicy Thai dish that can be served as a main meal or an appetizer. Nevertheless, it is a nice dish cooked on a charcoal grill on a good old British summer day!
Teriyaki chicken skewers (Japanese) – Teriyaki sauce has four main components: soy sauce, sake (or mirin, if you’re taking it easy on the booze), sugar and ginger. It’s more or less an Asian seasoning staple.
Korean BBQ – Bulgogi – Korean Barbeque or Bulgogi is typically slices of meat or marinated meats cooked on a charcoal grill and wrapped with rice, lettuce and Kim Chi (fermented vegetable).
Ssam Jang sauce – demonstration
Sticky Rice – different regions of Thailand consume sticky rice in different ways. This dish is mainly served in central Thailand as an afternoon snack or dessert.
