We will then roll, fill, and shape our pasta. Cook and eat your pasta at the shop, or take it away to cook and serve at home. This is a 100% vegetarian class. Not suitable for those with intolerance to wheat/gluten.
South Coast Cookery is housed in the building adjoining The Southsea Deli. The space was built in the early 20th century as a bank and was refurbished in 2021 as a multi-purpose cookery school and events space featuring a demonstration kitchen, solid wood flooring, air conditioning, and flexible seating areas.

Over five hours, you will learn to how to make pasta from scratch, use a pasta machine and make, shape and use fresh pasta. You will also learn to make the lightest potato gnocchi and ricotta gnocchi, plus a fantastic risotto.
Each session starts with everyone cooking together and then we enjoy a snack and have some time to play whilst the food cooks. Everything you create will be packaged up for the cooks to take home and proudly share!
