Summers in Time Dance Ltd & Summers Knight Dance Studios continues to be the leading dance school in the area with over 80 years of teaching people to dance.
The class starts with a warm up of dance games to get the blood pumping, we learn a dance routine over 2-3 weeks in a number of dance styles such as Freestyle, Hip Hop, Stage and Jazz so you're welcome to join at any point during the term.
This is a modern dance style which originated in the 1970’s. It is a free moving and fun dance which is great exercise! It is energetic and performed to modern pop music.

Freestyle Disco is a very fast paced energetic style of dance, performed to fast paced pop and dance music.
