Using only four ingredients, you'll make, soft on the inside, crunchy on the outside homemade french bread. You'll learn how to replicate the baguette, and the rest of the treats, using products and utensils you have at home.
This includes which type of flour to use, and tips on how to use your own home oven to create the classic crunchy baguette! While your French bread bakes, you'll make challah dough, which you can take home to make at a later time.
Maximum participants for this class is limited to 7.
All supplies and equipment for this class are included in the price. All you need to do is show up ready to learn.
All class sales are final but may be transferred to another individual. If class minimum enrollment is not met with 24 hours prior to the start of class Little Bitts may cancel the class. Participants who have already paid will have the option of payment being returned in full or credit transferred to another class.
