The techniques of traditional pasta are explored in this class favorite. We start with mixing the dough then move on to rolling and cutting - trying out well known pasta cuts such as angel hair, pappardelle, fettuccine, and bow ties.
Making Fresh Pasta Class is offered by Balboa Catering. Cooking classes include a demo from Chef Alex Garfinkel, some friendly competition as you put your lessons into action, and a family-style meal that'll leave everyone full and happy.
Making your own pasta is surprising easy, and the results are delicious! And what's a pasta without a delicious sauce? We'll make some delicious and easy sauces that will make you feel like you stepped into an Italian Trattoria.
Handmade pasta can seem intimidating, but it’s easier and more approachable than you think. Cook along with Chef Carol in this lively pasta workshop as you learn to make four hand-shaped varieties — no pasta machine required!
Come join us and create this delicious ravioli stuffed with a creamy ricotta cheese filling and finished in a nutty brown butter and truffle sauce. For dessert we'll make a deliciously creamy Panna Cotta with a sauce made from seasonal fruit.
