Fundamentals of HRM

Human resources management (HRM) is one of the most vital aspects of an organisation, regardless of the organisation's size. This course enables participants to conduct research to identify an HR-related issue, review the issue, and document the scope of the review.

Using different sources of HR data and information, participants are familiarised with the HR policies and procedures of their own organisation/s, and are able to analyse the strengths and weaknesses of these procedures, and to consider the legislation, regulations and standards that are applicable.

A section of the course also covers the legal obligations and ethical practices relevant to HRM. This course is ideal for those who are entering or interested in the HR field.
