Using different sources of HR data and information, participants are familiarised with the HR policies and procedures of their own organisation/s, and are able to analyse the strengths and weaknesses of these procedures, and to consider the legislation, regulations and standards that are applicable.
A section of the course also covers the legal obligations and ethical practices relevant to HRM. This course is ideal for those who are entering or interested in the HR field.
