One Day Courses are done in one day from 8.30am to 1pm on the below set allocated dates only. All ingredients and tools are supplied by the school.
I never really intended to start ice-cream workshops, I created the class after a request from a client that wanted to buy a voucher specifically for an ice cream class for a friend.
In this popular course, students will learn to make 3 or 4 desserts each, delicious desserts that will most definitely impress their guests. It is a practical hands-on course and students are taken through the various stages of prepping and cooking these beautiful desserts.
