Desserts making class is offered by Food Filosofia. The Cooking Classes are interactive and informal - the level of involvement and experience all depends on you. There are morning (lunch) and evening classes available, each class is approximately 3 hours.
Ice Cream making course is offered by Baked Academy. The Baked Academy was established to offer unique baking courses at affordable prices, addressing the needs of students and their financial situation in South Africa.

One Day Courses are done in one day from 8.30am to 1pm on the below set allocated dates only. All ingredients and tools are supplied by the school.
I never really intended to start ice-cream workshops, I created the class after a request from a client that wanted to buy a voucher specifically for an ice cream class for a friend.
