Based on the notion that gymnastics is a sport for everybody, we are offering a variety of activities, programmes, events and competitions suitable for all genders, age groups and abilities, Gymnastics for All contributes to personal health, fitness and well-being.
The focus of Gymnastics for All activities is Fun, Fitness, Friendship and Fundamentals, involving •Gymnastics with or without apparatus •Gymnastics and Dance The children will work towards the British Gymnastics Proficiency Awards.
Here at Fusion Gymnastics, Cheerleading and Freestyle Academy in Urmston our academy has been created so children/youth and young adults learn about gymnastics, cheerleading and freestyle in a fun and positive environment and at the same time helping them develop their social, mental and emotional skills. Children learn progressively in a lively, fun and creative way.
Many benefits are not just related to learning physical gymnastics skills but also improving discipline, tackling challenge, overcoming fears, learning to perform in front of people and increased self confidence. Acrobatics is a mix of choreography and complex acrobatic skills performed in partnership to music on a 12 x 12 metre floor area. Taking part in acrobatic gymnastics builds agility, strength, flexibility and balance.

Elite Academy was established in 1993.It encompasses all aspects of dance and also gives the opportunity to gain gymnastic skills.It gives students an excellent grounding from beginners to those wishing to become professional dancers or teachers.
Our Adult class is the perfect way to recapture your youth! These fully structured classes help develop strength and flexibility using gymnastics skills and movements. Suitable for all, from complete beginners to more experienced gymnasts.
Our beginners classes are perfect for those new to gymnastics and follow the British Gymnastics proficiency award scheme.
