Sessions conclude with a fun fitness activity or with demonstrations to celebrate new achievements.
At Little Springers, we provide non-competitive gymnastics activity classes, where children and young people are bound to learn and bound to have fun! We use progressive activities to teach beginners the basics, before teaching the popular skills that every Little Springer would like to learn (with lots of games and challenges along the way!).
Our Gymnastic Dance Classes are designed particularly for the younger children, reception class age and upwards.
