The club’s focus is on getting the basics of girl’s gymnastics right before progressing toward competitive programmes whilst all the time ensuring children have a fun, rewarding and positive gymnastics experience. We work across the 4 Women’s Artistic apparatus of Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor exercise.
TK Gymfit have been supporting schools via the Primary School Sports Premium programme since 2013, and have had a positive impact on the quality of gymnastics and multi sports in over 60 schools to date.
TK Training is very flexible. It can be provided in a school setting or a dedicated gymnastics centre environment.
Courses and training can be for the whole school, departmental or with an individual and any time of the day (training alongside team teaching, one off full day, half day, lunch time training or twilight sessions).

From little gymnasts just starting out in the sport, to older gymnasts looking to train without the pressure of competitions. Our recreational classes are for everyone to enjoy learning and progressing through our development plan in a fun environment.
This is the first step into independent gymnastics lessons. Children work through their gymnastics awards awards and receive reports and assessments alternating monthly with an end of month fun activity.
These classes are for mainly 4 year olds and the younger gymnasts, they are a smaller group to allow the young children more attention, the classes run for 1-1.5 hours. They work on the Bars, Beam, Floor and Vault and work through the British Gymnastics Explore Rise badges.
