Our Gnocchi recipe is the ultimate recipe that would put any Italian Mama to shame! Paired with BYOB you will have a fantastic 2-hours of culinary delights.
Our experienced chefs will start you off with a demonstration teaching you how to make these pillows of potato-ey goodness, alongside an incredibly versatile rich, and creamy Pomodoro Sauce – you will be wanting to put it on just about everything once you have tasted it!
After the demonstration, with the assistance of the chefs, you will get cooking, recreating your own dish which you will get to sit down and eat at the end of the class.

Come and join me on my next cooking class at La Mama and learn how to make fresh colourful pasta in many shapes! Minimum age is 11. I will show you techniques to make the dough colourful using natural ingredients and several shapes. You will also learn how to store and preserve your fresh pasta.
