Whether dancers want to pursue the arts professionally or just for fun, the discipline, focus and enlightenment of dance creates success in all aspects of life.
Based on Newhaven Road and Granton, Zayna Dance Academy offer a wide range of classes from age 2 and a half taught by fully qualified teachers.
The classes available are RAD Ballet and Repertoire, PBT Technique Classes, ISTD Modern, Tap, Acrobatic Arts. Students have the opportunity to take RAD and ISTD registered exams, participate in Easter and Summer schools, school trips and school shows.
Intermediate Ballet classes are offered by Southampton Dance Academy. Southampton Dance Academy work extremely hard to share our extensive and constantly evolving knowledge of dance with children and adults, utilising inspiring music and excellent syllabi in beautiful spaces.
Adult Ballet classes are offered by Rubicon Dance. Rubicon has a wide range of dance sessions for adults that take place across Cardiff, Newport and Penarth.
Classical ballet system of dance is based on formalized movements and positions of the arms, feet, and body designed to enable the dancer to move with the greatest possible agility, control, speed, lightness, and grace.
This class teaches the basics of Ballet & Tap dance - these skills can then be built upon to progress through our examination based classes.
Our Primary Ballet classes are for boys and girls with the experience in ballet from age 7 or 8 years, and for 9 year old beginners.
