Book up to an hour before the lesson, pay as you go and get involved! There are at least two instructors per class - one for new starters / beginners and one for intermediate / advanced students.
If we get lots of people booking in advance we will even bring in a third instructor so everyone gets a great class.
On average it's usually two people to a pole as we have so many!
Each class runs for 1.5 hours and you will be guided through a thorough warm up at the beginning of the session and a cool down and stretch at the end.
