We have created a beautiful studio space for students of all ages and abilities to train pole fitness, pole dancing and aerial hoop as well as strength and flexibility.
Our Birmingham Lyrical Pole Dance Classes will help you to become a master of your own individual flow and movement, helping you move with elegance, finesse and freedom.
Our studio has 8 professionally fitted X-POLES in both 40mm and 45mm. The majority of our lessons are done on static poles, but we do offer spinning pole as well.
If you are looking for something different from your normal dance / fitness class try these pole dancing lessons held in the studio depicted above. Pole dancing classes are for anybody who would like to have fun, and enjoy a little challenge.
Pole dancing is not just walking around a pole to some music. Our classes involve pole tricks, techniques and dance. In other words cardio, weight training, artistic dance and with a gymnastic element to it.
